I’ve run into this too — one small tweak that paid off was writing the expected outcome before touching the settings.

I had good luck last month jumping on a ‘real-time’ post by calling the yard before applying — got a same-day interview for a water operations shift, so keep your H2S card and respirator fit test ready. The ‘verified remote job’ might still expect onsite days during frac starts.

I landed an entry-level water ops spot by putting ‘clean MVR’ and PEC Basic/Safeland at the top of my resume and noting I could do nights; applied on the company site within 15 minutes and got a call the same day. If you try the remote one, double-check it’s W-2 with travel/per diem covered — some list ‘remote’ but still expect rotation days out. @emilys1977, you seeing that lately?
