Audit-ready produced water tracking

Anyone have a simple, audit-ready produced water tracker you’re willing to share? I need to capture source volumes, reuse percentage, haul tickets/disposal well IDs, and chain-of-custody notes in a way that satisfies TX RRC and NM OCD reviewers, and it should export cleanly to the FracFocus bulk upload CSV. We’re targeting 75% reuse across two Delaware Basin pads this quarter and I’d prefer to standardize before our internal audit hits in March.

Use a Google Sheet with load-ticket UUIDs; map to ‘FracFocus bulk upload CSV’ columns — want my template?

@amaya_t92 I’d add QR-coded haul tickets + Power Query; validates TX RRC/NM OCD, exports ‘FracFocus bulk upload’.

Building on @derek_harper1975, add a nightly check that validates each SWD/injection ID against RRC/NM OCD (e.g., https://www.rrc.texas.gov/resource-center/research/online-research-queries/) and auto-flag any load where the API/permit doesn’t match — belt-and-suspenders for auditors. I can share a tiny Airtable base that also geofences pickups to populate the chain‑of‑custody note.
