We shaved ~$35k per well in the N. Delaware by running 200 ft stages and switching to dissolvables on the tail-end, dropping drill-out to about 10 hours with no added NPT. What tweaks have moved your cost per foot without biting EUR or increasing frac hit risk?
We cut ~$30k/well by swapping most XL to 2–3 gpt HVFR and using a toe sleeve to drop the first plug — shaved about 1–2 hours off drill-out and kept the pumps less grumpy… Caveat: HVFR can fade >230°F or in very high TDS, so we kept XL on the hot benches and synced offset pressure to limit hits. Were your “200 ft stages” run with 6–8 clusters at about 0.35–0.4 in²/cluster LE, or did you stay lighter?
Ran tapered CT (2–3/8in->2in) for mill-out; +20–30% ROP; watch ECD in curve, @sam.
