@OP On your 30-minute drills, I get better realism by pre-placing one ‘failed’ tag on a kill line valve and having the crew walk the path with SCBA to call out the isolation sequence; it exposes wrong valve IDs and hose routing faster than another tabletop. Small caveat: keep a spare air set at muster or the walk eats time and you’ll run past the 30.
During monthly H2S drills, add wind-sock checks; night-shift runs reveal gaps, @gabbyk_304, but pre-brief EMS availability.
